Serge establishes ECM Tuner in Moonachie, NJ with a clear mission: precision ECU calibration for European performance cars. The first tune — a BMW M5 F10 — sets the standard for everything that follows.

I started ECM Tuner because I was frustrated with the gap between what these cars are capable of from the factory and what the engineers were allowed to put in the software. The performance is already in the engine — we just unlock it. Every car that leaves our program has been reviewed by me personally. That is not a marketing statement. That is how we operate.
