ECU UNLOCK APPOINTMENT — NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your ECU unlock appointment with ECM TUNER.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit reserves a specific appointment time and cannot be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, change of plans, vehicle issues, or customer scheduling conflicts.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in your appointment being delayed or rescheduled.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct vehicle year, model, engine, and ECU information when scheduling.
• ECU compatibility must be confirmed before service. Certain vehicles, ECU versions, software revisions, or previously modified ECUs may require additional procedures or may not be eligible for the advertised service.
• The deposit is applied toward the agreed ECU unlock service price unless otherwise stated.
• Rescheduling must be requested in advance. Approval of a reschedule is at ECM TUNER's discretion. Failure to appear for your appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit being required to book another appointment.
• The ECU unlock service does not include an ECU tune unless specifically purchased separately.

PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE

By paying the appointment deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Deposit Policy.
