Performance reference

For the 93-octane, stock-turbo setup described in the original listing, the approximate reference is 550 wheel horsepower stock and 685+ wheel horsepower tuned, or at least 135 WHP of estimated gain. This is a vehicle and setup reference, not a guaranteed dyno result. Fuel, hardware, weather, and test method affect output. E50, methanol, upgraded turbos, and other builds require a separate calibration plan. The 93-octane performance reference above does not describe the E50 option.

• Stage 1: calibration for a confirmed stock or compatible hardware setup.
• Stage 2: calibration for supporting hardware confirmed with our team.
• E50: custom calibration for a verified E50 ethanol blend and a compatible hardware setup; we confirm the fuel and flashing requirements before work begins.
• Tune Only: software service; we confirm whether you will flash locally, send ECUs, or use a supported tool.
• Tune + Phone Flasher: includes the listed phone flasher option and setup guidance. Tool shipping and any return requirements are confirmed at intake.

ECU unlock and total cost

The F90 M5 has two engine ECUs. Some vehicles require an unlock before tuning. The tune price shown here does not include an ECU unlock unless we explicitly confirm it in your order. If needed, our dual-ECU unlock service is listed separately. We check model year, ECU version, existing licenses, and your preferred flashing method before work begins so you know the complete path.
